BUSINESS HOURS: 

Effective August 1, 2018 business hours and days have changed.  I have explained this as well on the home page.  I will be working opposite of my husbands Fire Department Schedule.  Example: 

week 1:  Closed Wednesday

week 2:  Closed Tuesaday & Friday 

week 3:  Closed Monday & Thursday

Always Closed on Sundays - I will be working long days the days I am at the spa approx. 9:00am to 7:00pm

Then that three week cycle repeats itself.  I have it uptodate on my online booking system.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged a $25 fee. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 


No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-call/no-show.” They will be charged full price for their appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 

Pregnancy or Medical conditions: Be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment.

Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Also, before your treatment begins, let me know of any medical concerns. Tell me if you're wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.

Allergies: some of the products used in treatments may contain ingredients contraindicated for those with allergies.

Cell phones: Because the spa environment is supposed to be a tranquil and stress-reducing experience, it's best to leave cell phones on vibrate/silent or turn them off before beginning service.

Gratuities: They are not expected, but are appreciated!

Payment and Returned Checks:  I accept all major credit cards via the Square, checks or cash for payment. If a check is refused by the bank, I will assess a $25 service charge.

Children & Teens: Having a single room Spa Studio, I do not have a waiting area directly with my room.  Children under 13 are not permitted in the waiting area unless waiting with another adult. Guests must be at least 18 years old to receive an esthetic service. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, those ages 16-17 MUST have a waiver signed by their parent for each service each time.
