Effective February 1, 2021 I will no longer be accepting new clients.   (this is still effective as of 6/2022.)

 After 14 years as a Licensed Esthetician and 8 years as my own business, I do not foresee reopening to new clients.  With the clients I have currently i am still booking out 4 months solid in advance.  If you are a potential new client, I ask that you do not fill out the electronic online client forms; however you can contact me for a referral to another local Esthetician).   Thank you for your understanding, and I apologize that I can not accommodate.  If you have been a client of mine prior, but have not been to me in the last year, i apologize at this time i cannot book an appointment for you.

Every client must fill out a new e-form for client consultation, and health history.  Your information is saved on a HIPPA Compliant server.  Here are the links/QR Codes to fill out the forms online. Each client must fill out BOTH the Client Consultation & Health History.  you can click on the link or scan the QR Code.  

Once I start Skin Sheek services, there are two additional forms that must be filled out for my liability insurance that i will add to these links.

How does Skin Sheek CLEAR work?

"CLEAR" by SKIN SHEEK™ works on the principle of attracting liquids through the application of heat. Special probes regulate the application of high frequency directly on the skin’s surface. This technology enables qualified professionals to treat minor skin irregularities without penetrating the surface of the skin

High frequency produces heat at the probe which cause tissue to coagulate and discontinue blood flow and nutrition to the irregularity

The discomfort level experienced by the client is tolerable, with the sensation produced feeling much like a tight pinch, bee sting, or hot prick to the skin. The average client rated discomfort level between 3-5 on a scale of 1-10. No anesthesia is required whoever, some areas are more sensitive than others like eyelids, nose, inflamed skin, your client may prefer pre-numbing

Typical one treatment is necessary however results may vary. Treatments take only a few seconds. Results are instantaneous for many conditions including cherry angiomas. Other conditions will crust and heal and be complete within 1-2 weeks

Policy Change: 

If you are a No Call/No Show to your appointment you will be charged the full price of your service.  If for some reason I do not have your card on file from the online booking system, I will invoice you via email for payment. If not paid within 24 hours any future appointments will be canceled, and unable to reschedule until paid.   

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged 50% of your service.  

I completely understand circumstances arise and cancellations are necessary at times, and they will be handled individually as they occur.  Majority of clients respect the 24 hour cancellation policy, and that gives me ample time to find someone to fill that time slot.  However, when one cancels at last minute i cannot fill the slot, if i don't work, i don't get paid.  I need to ensure I am not losing money while at work.

Directions: From Lloyd Expressway, Take First Ave North. At the intersection of First Ave and Mill Rd (Starbucks). Turn Left. A few blocks down on the Right you Will see North Park Business Building- Turn Right into the first parking lot of the building and there is an entry door towards the back of the building.

Once you are parked: Go into the building and my suite is on first floor half way down the hall next to the bathroom. Please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room if I am with a client.  I have cold water in the fridge, and other beverages on the beverage bar  

Restrooms

Men's: Immediately on the left upon entry of back door

Women's: Upon entry, go upstairs and turn left

Unisex: Next door to my suite on the right 

Additional Parking: In case the first parking lot is full, you can drive around to the other side of the building and park there. There is a front entrance in relation to that parking lot. If you enter that door, turn left on the first floor, and I am the last suite on the left! (unisex restroom will be on your way halfway down the hall on the left
